Do you believe that in 2012, the world will end, considering the following:

A. The Mayan Long Count calendar will end

B. Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, etc.)

C. Planetary alignment

D. The Sun aligning with the galactic center

G. Shifting of the magnetic poles of the Earth

Because I don't believe in most of these things, especially the Calendar and the Alien part.

A. Big deal, some old culture had it's calender end. They could've had war before they finished it, they could've decided not to, because they thought the world would end BEFORE 2012, like 2006.

 

B. There have been thousands, probably millions of natural disasters in earth's history. Why would one occur on 2012 that would destroy the earth instead of all the other of trillions of years in lived.

 

C. That means nothing

 

D. Well, aren't we circling the center like a toilet bowl? If so, we are ALWAYS aligning with it. I can't remember if that's true, so don't flame if I'm wrong.

Let me remind you people, I don't believe in this stuff. i'm just curious about what is your opinion and if you believe here.

oh, and the sun-galactic alignment stuff means this.

It means that somewhere in 2012, the sun, the earth and the galactic center will line up. so in our point of reference, the sun will "appear" to be aligned with the galactic center. they say that this will cause gamma-ray flares, gravitational tugs, etc.

 

The webBot project is about some software developed by I think some big companies that checks the trends in the internet (you can just search about it). It predicted that in the near future, there will be great disasters that will occur.

 

The I-ching and Timewave Zero stuff are confusing.

 

The stuff about natural disasters say that disasters are inceasing in number. Some even say that this is because of the "planet" Nibiru's immense gravity (which, in my opinion, is bogus, mostly)

Not all say that 2012 is disaster. Many say that this will be a time of "great change in our consciousness and thought." Some even say that the aliens on Nibiru will take us all back to their planet. Sheesh.
