ok heres the update version (very long effect)

 

This card can only be equipped to a WATER Machine-Type monster. A monster equipped with this card gains 400 ATK and DEF. If the monster equipped to this card would be destroyed destroy this card instead. The monster equipped with this card gains 1 of the following effects according to the number of WATER Machine-Type monsters on your side of the field.

* 1 : This card cannot be destroyed in battle.

*2 : This card can attack your opponent directly. When it does so using this effect, any Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved.

*3: Once per turn, destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. During the turn you activate this effect the monster equipped with this card cannot attack.

*4: Once per turn, destroy up to 2 Spell or Trap cards on the field. During the turn you activate this effect you cannot activate any Spell or Trap cards.

*5: Send this card to the Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field except the monster that was equipped with this card.

While there is another WATER Machine-Type monster on your side of the field you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Only 1 "FST-005 - Sea Destoryer Unit" can be Special Summoned per turn. Once per turn, Tribute 1 WATER Machine-Type monster to destory 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. During the turn you activate this effect this card cannot attack.

Once per turn, Tribute 2 WATER Machine-Type monsters on your side field than this card can attack your opponent's Life Pionts directly.
