Awai Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 Hey, I'm new here and I figured for my 1st post I would show 1 each of Monster, Spell, and Trap. I'll be posting my Archtypes after this. Monster Reacher Attribute: DarkType: Fiend/TunerLevel:3ATK:700DEF:900 When this card is Normal Summoned, your opponent must reveal 1 random card in their hand. If it is a monster, special summon it to your side of the field in face-up defense position. It cannot be tributed and it's effects are negated. Party ItemNormal Spell Select 1 equip spell card on the field that has the effect of increasing or decreasing ATK and equip it to al monsters you control considered correct targets until the end phase. This turn, monsters you control cannot inflict battle damage. Battle ScaytherNormal Trap When your opponent has a face-up monster on the field you can activate this card. Select 1 monster on your side of the field. Itcan attack directly this turn. After the selected monster attacks, it's attack becomes 0 and it must battle with the strongest monster on your opponent's side of the field. Please rate and/or comment. Link to comment
玄魔の王 Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 I'm confused. Why did you post pictures of the artless cards when you had the text already here? Monster Reacher looks overpowered, as it's an instant Synchro Summon most times. Party Item defies the rules, since Equip Spells can only be equipped to 1 monster. You could switch it to just apply that effect to all monsters you control. And battle Scyther is pointless unless it's in a Yubel Deck, and even then it's still pointless. And worst of all, its own effect defies itself (it can attack directly but MUST attack their biggest monster). On these cards: 6/10. Link to comment
Awai Posted July 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 Ok, i just realized the OCG error with Battle Scayther, was supposed to mean attack directly first, then attack the strongest monster on your opponent's side of the field. Party Item's effect does only apply to monsters I control. As for Monster Reacher, the only way I can think of making it more balanced right now is to have its effect activate only when it's summoned. Link to comment
