It's a Code Geass Fanfic, so if you don't like Geass, don't read it. Prologue : A brief description of world events after the death of Lelouch Lamperouge. Chapter 1- Grievances : The world events from Krios' eyes. Chapter 2- The Beginning of Lawrence : self explanatory. ~Characters~ Warsaw Krios Jadwiga, born: 2025 a.t.b., The Regent Prince / King of Poland Voievods: Siles Rukan, Ponomarov Ikrah, Lodz Reshevsky, Katowice Ruvinsk, Krakow Ishvanski, Birkenau (Auschwitz) Markun, Bielsko Trudan, ..., born: 2000-2016 a.t.b., the "governors" of political divisions in Poland. *The names are based on the districts that they rule over. Warsaw Krios Jadwiga is the Voievod of Warsaw, the capital city of Poland, hence, the King of Poland. ~Soviet~ Kriuu Zirych, born: 2000 a.t.b., the Premier of Soviet Russia. ~Chinese~ C.C. Wei, born: 1994 a.t.b., the Chairman of Red China. ~Arabian~ Shah Roukai XI, born: 2004 a.t.b., the Puppet King of Arabia Ishmay Zaka, born: 2025 a.t.b., a friend of Krios while he was exiled in Arabia. Mustafa Kemar, born: 2024 a.t.b., another friend of Krios. ~Ottoman Empire~ Orhan Anaturk X, born: 2027 a.t.b., the Emperor of the Ottoman Empire. ** Will add more as the story progresses. Prologue: Storm of Red Shortly after Lelouch's death, the world plunged into chaos. With the partition of Russia into seven districts, and the awarding of Cherybinsk district to Japan, and Baku district to Poland, and Armen district to the Arabians, the Russian people were outraged. Led by Kiruu Zirych, a revolution swept Russia overnight. Moskovy, Ural, Arkangelsk, and Yakutsk, formed a Union, known as the "Soviet Union" bringing back an ancient form of government, Communism. The next day, Red Flags were raised, and Soviet Russia left the U.F.N. China was next to follow suit, as they wanted to restore it's greatness before Lelouch's reign. This alliance was to be known as "Red China". Then, both countries turned into powerhouses overnight with ingenious technological advances. The Russian military almost tenfolded. Russia then incited the Baltic states to revolt and become Communist. The Voievods in Poland heard of such news and betrayed the 10 year old emperor, Warsaw Krios, and Poland fell within months due to Russian Knightmare Frames. Krios escaped to Arabia, following the war, but never heard of again. The Babyushka, Akriloth, and Zirkun, were Russian Knightmare Frames, each matching the Lancelot Albion and the Guren. The storm still rages. After the invasion of Poland, Arabia was next to fall, and forced to return Armen to Russia. Japan fell less than a year later. Eastern Europe fell into Communist hands, Yugoslavia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, Slovakia, Czech Republic, etc. Asia has now fallen into Chinese hands, with only the Bhuddist Republic and the Ottoman Empire in the way. Arabia now has a Communist minded Shah (King), in place of the old one. The Arabian people were stripped of many rights. Our old friend from Poland, now 17 years old, had taken the alias of Krios Voltair Litvenko, a Russian. With some of his contacts in Poland, he stays at Pravust Academy, an elite Communist School, where he specializes in Engineering. Still, hatred had built over the seven years in exile. Poland had no longer existed, the Voievods had sold his country to becomes cadres (officers) in the Communist Army. Why? Krios would always think. Albeit that, Krios had a more important reason to hate the Communists. They thought people were resources. If you could work, then you get your apartment, your food, etc., but if you couldn't... then you would be all alone. Krios had taken his half-brother, Sosnoweic Jadwiga with him to Arabia, Sosnoweic suffered from Cerebral Palsy, and is wheelchair bound. The weak should not be just left to die... rights should not be taken away, all of these grievances... they will eventually compel Krios to fight. Whether he wins... or dies in the process... "Ahh, the day is good? No? Where will you be working? You know you must get a job...", asked Alexander. "Yes, I'm working in a Engineering Company, as a mechanic to design Knightmare Frames, but, aren't you going to University.", was Krios' reply. "Yes. That's true... well you've got to be going to your first day, now that you are a part time student at the academy." said Alexander. "I should go, I'll see you tomorrow!", said Krios as he left. The first day would be a fateful one. Upon arriving at the weapons design shop, a bomb went off at the site. Destroying all prototypes and blueprints of the new Knightmare Frame, and Krios... His arm was trapped inside the debris from the explosion. Bleeding profusely, he had no choice... but to cut it off. While doing so, he found the terrorists responsible... "Should we leave him to die?", said one of them... "But he is a child, a child that can be moulded in thinking our way. A resourceful child..." Then Krios lost consciousness. He woke up in the shoddy part of Ridayh and saw a woman. His arm was completely severed and the stump banaged. "So she was nursing me"thought Krios... "You seem to have a reason for living, why don't we make a pact, I can give you the power to set the world right again, and you must grant me my one dying wish..." This would be the beginning. The illusion then stopped, and eventually the police arrived, and Krios awoke in a hospital bed. He stared at a mirror, remembering the events that had taken place back in the center. Then a gleaming red flash. A brilliant flash... Then C.C.'s words echoed, "you have received the Power of the Kings, you can force anyone to obey your every command without question." Krios tried to stand-up, but the pain in his non-existant arm kept him to the bed. He called for a nurse, and the sigil shown, "Your father was a rebel against the Communists. You've lived in poverty and hunted down by the Communist government." Now, Krios said, "Come with me, I'm Krios Jadwiga, the King of Poland, if you side with me, we can fix this. Go to Ridayh Ghetto, and incite the men. Avenge your father!" With that she left, and brought Krios a mechanical arm, which she fitted to him, and Krios ran from the hospital. Then he took the train with Sosnoweic to Renmer, while the nurse arranged for their housing and travel for their travels there. Krios thought, "They can't find out I'm a Polish Prince..., I must take an alias, I'll take the alias of the Lawrence of Arabia!". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
