a lot more than SOME ocg errors. There would never be a seven star monster w/ 4000 ATK/DEF. On a positive note, your pic is cool. 3.5/10

A Synchro Toon is a nice idea, but there are a huge number of OCG errors and it's very overpowered.

Also, this has a fake type (it would be Fiend-Type), it should be a DARK monster, and it doesn't look like a Toon. If anything, this is the Toon monster's non-Toon counterpart.

When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. Once per turn, destroy 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase of the turn.
