The Summoning:You can pay 1000 life points to Special Summon 1 monster from your Hand.

Stealth Striker:When this card is Special Summoned by the effect o a Spell or Trap card, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

 

Do not caps the summonings name and fix the ocg and ill giv you a 8 but for now it is a 7/10

The other reasons are for Stealth Striker being Op'd and for simple eects.
