This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 LIGHT monster on your side on the field or by this card's effect. When this card is Special Summoned, switch the battle positions of all face-up monsters, except this card to Defense Position. During your each of your Standby Phases, gain an amount of Life Points equal to the number of Defense Position monsters on your side of the field x 400. When this card is destroyed, inflict an amount of damage to your opponent equal to the number of Defense Position monsters on your side of the field x 400.

 

i) This should be a Psychic-Type, because of it's manipulation of Life Points.

ii) Also, this card's effect doesn't Special Summon it. You'll have to add a clause...something like: "During your End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position."

iii) Also, you may wish to decrease the Life Points gain to 250 or 300 points, or increase this card to Lv.7.
