[align=center]What if the advice you got when you were a child was the wrong advice? But what if you took this advice to heart and now swear by it? Are you considered evil or just misunderstood?

 

It’s 2121. Human existence is booming and the world is reaching its population limit. People aren’t respecting the planet at all. Smog is abundant and you can see trash everywhere you look. There is really no rule here because the presidency was overthrown by a Mercenary group known as Sector 7, no one is brave enough to stand up to them. Corruption and greed are everywhere. Theses qualities are taught even to the children as they grow up.

 

Our story brings its focus to New York. The once beautiful city is now covered with trash and smog so thick you can’t breathe. Times Square is now a dump site where people take their trash piles to get rid of. The Big Apple is now known only as the dump site. Not a single person lives in this barren place anymore. All had moved out when the trash started piling up. There wasn’t a single soul until the letters arrived.

 

A letter was sent out to a group of special kids with very special abilities. These kids were aged from 14-18. They were very carefully selected and were going to be used as a formidable weapon in the war of existence, but little did the kids know what they were getting into. The letter reads as followed:

Dear children,

 

This letter is coming to you with the utmost of importance. You need to report to the nearest train station immediately after receiving this letter. Do not ask why you have to and do not ask how we know you. Just do as this letter instructs and you will find further information when you arrive. After reading this letter please destroy any evidence that it was ever here.

1. No god-modding. You can’t control someone else. Please stick to your own character.

2. Romance is allowed but keep it PG-13 rated. We don’t need too many details.

3. Each person is allowed one character.

4. Be nice to the other players OOC. Your character can be as nasty to his or her

character as you damn well please, but you must respect everyone OOC.

6. Please stay active. If you plan to leave or become inactive for a period of time, let

me know.

7: No flaming or you will be banned from the RP.

Personality: Has a high IQ, and is a very well advanced strategian. He has a short temper at times.

Short biography (or long, whichever): Not much is known about Hayate's Past. What is know is that he is the current leader of The XXX Sector. A former Black Ops formed under the command of the 150th President. During the time of the 153rd president, The XXX Sector had many changes happen inside of the chain of command. A few members of The XXX Sector had split and formed their own group, known as Sector 7. While under the control of a tyrant Sector 7 killed the 153rd president and took over all control over the United States.

Personality: He doesn't really care about himself but when others are in trouble, he will come to help them.

Short biography: He was considered a Hero for a short time because he was able to most of Australia into rebelling against Sector 7 but shortly afterward, a war began and Australia lost. Thinking it was his fault that so many died, he went into hiding.
