Now it is my time to give a "harsh" comment:

 

I can see some useful combos with this card :D. *NegateAttack/ThreathingRoar=WTF*.

Example: Reduse this card's ATK by 1500, then when your opponent attacks you activate a card that negate the attack and wait for your Standby Phase. Good, now you have a 3000 ATK beatstick monster and can destroy 1 card on the field :D. It is a very powerfull card, also you can use its effect more than 1 time. It loos balanced but OP at the same time.

 

The image is nice, but seriously, I didn't used it because it doesn't looks a Yu-Gi-Oh! type picture :?. And I don't like it's BG. Name fits pretty well with the card.

You can only use the effect once, cause it only happens the very Standby Phase AFTER it was Normal Summoned. I might have to do something to the OCG since you got confused. And thanks. :)

No the OCG is OK, i made a mistake (I always make mistakes :?). But my rate still 7.1/10.
