Ghost Ryder
I'm on the fence. Devastator' date=' your image is significantly better, even disregarding the holo. I don't like the Attribute on the other hand. While reading the effect, there were parts in which I had no idea what you were talking about. [b']During your opponent's Battle Phase, if this card is in face-up Attack Position that is attacked by an opponent's monster whose ATK is lower than this card's DEF, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.[/b] So if this monster was attacked by 2000 ATK. The monster with more ATK would take 600 damage. Also, is the Ice-Dragon destroyed, does the owner take 100 damage? It was just awkward to read. Metavosis, like I said earlier, not a top quality image, but your effect is short and sweet. However, for the effect to be efficient, you would have to a deck with many Beast-type monsters, as well as a Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which, while not impossible, would be very awkward. However, my vote goes to Metavosis. You would inflict the damage to your opponent. Like this: If the monster that had 2000 ATK and attacked this monster, this card is destroyed. But aha, you can inflict the difference you see. So your opponent takes 100 damage. And you must take the risk of removing it from play. Understand? See the balance, this changes the games normal rules but not completely. It's done for once it's in the Graveyard or removed from play.

Also, where does it say you have to remove it from play?
