[align=center]Multiverse, an MMOTCG that probably won't be on YCM, is an MMOTCG that probably won't...be on YCM. Regardless, I'm posting it here to see what you all think about it.

Multiverse is a MMOTCG first created by Master Tigrex. However, after telling Snitch about his ideas, they both worked together to finish the MMOTCG. The goal is to create a deck that is unique, meaning no one else has that deck, or uses it. You then pit your deck against other members and try to win.

 

The basics

 

Monsters:

There's about 4 types of monsters. Grunts, Assistants, Commanders, and Supports.

 

Grunts are your basic cannon fodder. You can attack with them, and defend. Each Grunt has about 2 normal attacks. Each one dealing different damage and applying different affects. Each Grunt also has a special ability. These abilities can active numerous affects that vary.

 

Assistants are basically mini-bosses. They don't need to be killed, but they provide numerous buffs and empower the Commander, so killing Assistants can help.

 

Commanders are the leaders of each force. They have powerful buffs to empower their troops. The way to defeat your opponent is by killing the Commander. Like any monster, they have attacks and abilities.

 

Supports are special in their own way. They are summoned by ether Commanders or Assistants and can only be summoned that way. Most of them are more powerful versions of monsters.

 

Spells:

There are 3 types of spells. Equip Spells, Require Spells, and Control Spells.

 

Equip spells are spells that can only be equipped to monsters such as Assistants, and Commanders. They can be used before, or after a battle phase. They can numerous things, such as empower a Commander.

 

Require spells are spells that can do numerous stuff on a wider scale. Such as Poisoning all your enemy's monsters. They can only be activated during your Preparation Phase.

 

Control Spells are basically Buffing/Debuffing type spells. They can raise stats considerably, and even heal monsters.

 

How to Win:

You win by killing your opponent's Commander. This can be done in several ways, and it's highly advised to use strategies.

 

Attacks:

There are two attacks. Normal attacks and Special attacks.

 

Normal attacks can be used freely and are generally weak. Ex: Low Kick: Grandmaster Hi Lee performs a kick aimed at the enemy's legs. Causes 62 Damage + Original Damage.

 

Special attacks are attacks that are more powerful, and use ML. Ex: Knockout Kick: Grandmaster Hi Lee focuses all his energy in one single devastating kick. There is a 50% chance that the enemy is instantly killed. There is also a 50% chance for Grandmaster Hi Lee to die from his kick, leaving the enemy alive. Costs 2 ML.

 

Abilities:

Abilities can help a creature in different ways. Ex: Resounding Impact: Grandmaster Hi Lee's kicks send a shockwave, damaging two creatures next to the target. Does 15% of Original Attack.

 

Stats:

There are five stats: Strength, Defense, Speed, ML, and M+.

Strength is exactly what it sounds like - your characters damage and how much it deals towards others.

Defense is slightly different, as (for the moment) it is also your character's HP. You subtract the defending card's defense from the attacking monsters strength, and that's how much damage your card takes, after any effects or abilities that activate. However, your defense doesn't drop; just your card's HP. REMEMBERANCE! :3

Speed represents when your card attacks during the Battle Phase.

ML is your character's 'mana' to use attacks, basically. Every attack has ML, and your card may gain ML each turn.

M+ is the amount of ML your card gains each turn.

So it's characters from various series? Or from comics?

 

Characters from anything' date=' and possibly originals too. Hence 'Multiverse', sort of a like a huge battle out of everything. However, one of the key points that we have is that [i']everyone has a unique deck[/i], with cards that they request and we make. Simples, see?
