I was wondering what I could do with a penguin card and here it is! [spoiler=Effect]"1 + Tuner + 1 DARK non-Tuner monsters" This card cannot be Synchro Summoned if "Toon World" is not on the field. When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field with a level of 5 or up. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, increase it's ATK and DEF equal to the ammount of inflicted damage I think, As this card is a toon monsters, it should has their effect and have lower ATKOverpowered becouse of destroying all cards.
