Malice
(Here's an NPC, anyone can battle him. There are probably more to come.) Taz smirked as he finished registering, practically throwing his pen and paper at the commissioner. He wasted no time in skirting around the park, his duel disk set and ready for action. His dark hair drooping to cover his face, and the black clothing he wore hanging from his body because they were far too large for him. He lifted his hand, parting the hair in front of his eyes long enough to peer around in search of an opponent. Being a somewhat tactical person, he immediately scanned the crowd for a person whom appeared to be weak or frail, hoping to earn his way to the finals with ease. PremierAameer
Ooc: Finally I can make an entry! ^^ As Scroll saw the park ahead of him his pace increased. "Finally a place with a little nature to it!" he said to himself, anxious to be "out" of the city. As he entered the park he took in a big breath of air and stood there for a minute, taking it all in. The trees were small and shrubby, but trees nonetheless. The grass was motley, having been trampled on by pedestrians and poorly mowed by the park attendant with the scruffy beard. At least the ground wasn't severely polluted. Someone had courteously scooped up most of the debris. It was a decent a park. Still it was nothing compared to his beautiful forest. The forest where he trained day and night, slept under the stars, camped out with whatever noble creature decided to curl up by his campfire and where he took intensely refreshing showers underneath a small waterfall. Within this forest was his dojo and temple. The same temple that he had visited just this morning to say one last prayer and grab his sacred Summoner Monk card. Just the thought of his little home made him feel nostalgic.OOC: Sorry for double-posting but I must since I'm typing on my phone and it has limits. There was something odd about the park however. To the average eye, it would appear to be an average park. To Scroll, an experienced demon hunter, with quite exceptional eyes, something was not quite right. Still, Scroll was there on a mission. He didn't have time to investigate. He had a tournament to register for! For Scroll, tournament's were rare treats. Duelists didn't pass by his dojo very often and the demon hunting business has been a little slow. He needed this. Scroll began to wander the park looking for signs of the tournament. He saw people sitting at tables playing duel monsters and others walking around, some of which had duel disks on their arms. Suddenly he spotted a dragon-looking creature hovering over a boy. "Look ou-" was all he could say as he dashed to the boys rescue before ha crashed into a girl who was busy reading what appeared to be Duel Monsters cards with writing on them. He and the girl tripped and fell and the cards flew everywhere.

That part kind of confuses me, because under age, you say 17, and yet you say he is actually 19, but few people know it. If he doesn't know how old he is, then I'm going to need to explanation, not for the bio, but for me to figure out how that works. xD And also you left the Personality blank, but I assume you know and will edit when you're ready.[/quote'] I finished the Application. Malice
(The three times per turn thing is a little steep. If you change it to once per turn, then you're accepted. :3) Ty let out a soft sound of surprise as something collided with her, clearly as shocked as Scroll was. Perhaps worst of all, she had dropped all of the registry cards that she had in her hands, meaning she would have to pick them all up. Laying in the grass, she rubbed her elbow a little, looking to the oddly dressed boy that had run her down. The Blast Magician whirled around as he heard his human cry out, clearly alarmed. A look much like that of worry briefly crossed her face, until he noticed that some clumsy boy had walked right into her. "You. Up," He demanded, while prodding Scroll in the side with the butt of his staff.

PremierAameer
Scroll realizing what had happened, began to stand up. He looked at the poor girl who he nearly plowed through and the mess left in his wake. Before he could stand however, he felt a jab in his side and turned to see who had prodded him. "I was being careless" he began to explain as he realized the figure he was speaking to stood before him floating in midair.Scroll could also sense that this being was definitely not human. He flipped backwards, simultaneously reaching for an item in his cloak. "Thought you could sneak up on this poor defenseless girl, eh demon?" he snarled. Malice
(Actually, he's not floating, but I'd say the face markings, odd skin color, strange staff and weird overall appearance is prolly enough to make him a 'demon' in Scroll's eyes. xD) "You're the one that knocked the 'poor defenseless girl' down," Blast pointed out, laughing heartily as the boy called him a demon, and further more at the fact that he appeared to want a fight. "Do you wish to battle me, little flesh creature, because I assure you that you stand no chance," he smirked, lifting his staff in a menacing fashion. Ty, somewhat confused because of the boy's remarks, slowly made her way to her feet, dusting herself off, "Blast, will you give it a rest already, you're not fighting anyone tonight, get over it." He sneered a little, shaking his head, "I don't need your permission to battle," he argued, though lowered his staff all the same, "I'm a duel spirit. A deck master. Whatever you humans care to refer to me as. I'm not a demon."
◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
OOC: All right. =] Hunter was walking down the streets, letting Mummy follow behind him, not slowly, but not at an extremely hasty pace. As he proceeded on he looked forward to the Arena, deep within the distance of him. He supposed he had another two to three miles before he finally arrived at the Arena, so he supposed he might as well take his time, searching through a few stores, pocketing what cards he could for his Deck. He noticed a store within the distance, only half a mile ahead, a sign stating, "All DARK monsters half-off. Support and Cards must go. Store closing. Buy 20 Cards get 20 Cards free." He supposed that he could go in that store, buy some cards, and apply them into his Deck once he arrived at the Arena. As he entered the store, he noticed a few cards which struck his interest. He quickly pulled out a few $100 Bills. He bought all the cards in the shop, the man jumping with joy, now being able to pay off his rent. Hunter didn't care about that, all he cared about was that his Deck couldn't be defeated with these cards. Out of the blue, Hunter quickly spoke, "Mummy, you better thank me. These cards will make you all the more powerful." He walked on, continuing his way on through the streets, watching all the Duel Spirits walking or floating by, staring back at him as he gave them a slight glare. He had been walking for about 30 minutes now, finally arriving at the Arena's entrance. It had been a lot bigger than it had looked from the distance. "So, this is where we will claim our victories," Hunter said, slightly smirking as he entered. "It seems we must find a person named Ty. Where do you think they could be?" Mummy had said very curiously. Within a distance, he heard a girl stating her name was Ty and that she was the commissioner as she had given away a Tournament Card. He slowly walked over to her, noticing the Blast Magician. "Mummy, hide yourself and your energy. Don't let them see you, whatsoever. Got it?" Hunter said with a slight tone of demand. Mummy had sighed at the demand, but followed it and quickly dissapeared, camouflaging his energy. He had arrived to Ty, smiling as he waved slightly. "Hello, I'm here to participate in the tournament.
Malice
As yet another boy approached her, Ty gave her head a nod, "I'll be with you in just a moment," she told him, before bending down to quickly pick up the registry cards that she had dropped. Once she regained her composure, as well as all the things that she had dropped, she handed Hunter two cards, and began to spiel on how things would work. "These are tournament cards, one copy is for me, the other for yourself. You battle for tournament cards. Each time you duel, a player puts up their tournament card for a chance to win yours. You can put up however many tournament cards as you like when dueling someone, but as soon as you lose your last, you're out of the tournament," she said, inhaling deeply after she finished speaking, she soon drew out her pen and offered it to Hunter. PremierAameer
"Please forgive me, miss" Scroll said relaxing his stance and withdrawing his hand from his cloak. "I did not mean to harm you" He then began to pick up the fallen cards, keeping an eye on Blast as he did so. "Foul spirit" he said to Blast. "You may not be demon but I have means for the disposal of your kind. Feel lucky" He then gave the cards to Ty. "Is it you that I must speak to to join this tournament?" As he handed her the cards he wondered what a girl like her would be doing with a "Duel Spirit" such as Blast. She seemed like an ordinary girl. His eyes went from her plain clothes, to her plain amulet, to her plain hair, to her plain face, then to her eyes. They shone bold and green despite the yellowish hue from the lamp posts and the dull hue of the night air. They gleamed like two emeralds.
Malice
"I'm fine," Ty assured, as Scroll handed her several of the cards that she had missed picking up. She thanked him for doing so, and nodded to his question, "Mmhm, my name is Ty, and I'm acting as commissioner," she confirmed, though the conversation with the other boy would liekly have been enough to do so. She soon offered him a pen and two cards as she had done for everyone else, "I trust I don't have to give that speech again, it's getting kind of tiring," she admitted with a little chuckle, wondering just how many times she had said the same things over and over again during the last few hours. "Yeah, I'm shaking in my wizard's hat," Blast sarcastically murmured, slowly crossing his arms over his chest and turning his face away, choosing to ignore Scroll. ◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
Hunter simply smile, grabbing the pen as he marked all the information needed down, sighing, as he couldn't hold himself back anymore. "Mummy, come on out. These people are ok." He would say, knowing that a sign of question would come upon Ty's face. Mummy quickly appeared, looking at Blast Magician before noticing the human. "Hello there fellow Spirit. Hello there, simple human." He had said, wearing very goofy glasses and letting his tongue hang out, his image a simply fearful, yet stupid one. Hunter simply ignored him, finishing up the small card as he quickly handed Ty the pen back. "I wish to check up everything. I want to make sure none of this stuff is out of place." He said as he instantly pulled out his own pen, marking one small spot he realized he forgot to fill out. Mummy simply floated there, watching the human and Spirit, taking off his glasses as he then looked at Hunter. Hunter's simple image intrigued him. He had a slight red on his cheeks, but he knew not anything of human emotions, or the simple looks of them, so he had simply ignored it. Hunter finally finished the form, about ten minutes of thinking, writing, correcting. He walked back to Ty, handing her the copy and stuffing the other copy in his pocket. "I hope I may see you again, sometime soon." He said, turning from her and walking away, then stopping over to a bench, it being not much farther in the distance than a short half mile. PremierAameer
Scroll filled out his entry card and gave it to Ty. " Nice to meet you Ty. Again I apologize" he said. "My name is Scroll" He bowed, then walked away, looking for the boy with the floating dragon. OOC: Also If anyone's itching to duel I'll intruduce NPC#2 As Scroll walked away a girl approached Ty. Her appearance was alarming. She had long blond hair with bows holding two pigtails to the sides. Her eyes were intensely circled with the black eyeliner and her lips were cherry red. Her skirt was pitch black and clung to her needle thin waist like a glove. Her striped stockings led down to bright red stilletos. Her entire outfit was decorated with all sorts of candies. "What a hunk!" she purred to Ty "I hear you're the comissioner for this tournament. The names Lane."
Malice
Ty stared blankly at the googly eyed, spirit with it's tongue hanging out. "Erm..." She murmured, staring at it for a moment before looking to the Blast Magician, whom did not look the slightest bit amused, as always. As her pen was handed back, she accepted it, patiently waiting for her copy of the tournament card to be returned to her. She had been about to thank him for giving back the sign up card, when her deck master cut her off. "Oh, don't worry, we'll be here all night at this rate," Blast complained, once more crossing his arms over his chest, "This place is so under manned. there should be at least three more humans to do what my human is doing," he bitterly murmured. Ty then turned her attention to Scroll as he handed her what he owed her, and assured him that she was fine. She exhaled, thinking she would perhaps have a moment of peace, before realizing another person was approaching her. She could not help but stare as the rather eccentric looking girl approached her, "Erm... Yeah... I am... Here... Fill these out, give one copy back to me, you wager these in duels... Lose all your tournament cards and you're out," she slowly rambled. The Blast Magician reacted similarly to his partner, although he appeared as though he wished to say something more. ◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
OOC: It's not a Dragon. It's Grave Squirmer, a zombie. Btw, if we run the Deck Master multiples in our Deck, if one of them is destroyed, do we lose? Hunter had been bored, quickly looking over to the new girl talking to Ty. He was intrigued by her appearance, yet scared at the same time. "Mummy, go talk to Blast. I think Ty needs some help." He said, shaking his head. He knew he'd have to help her at some point, considering he felt so bad for her having to do it alone. Mummy simply nodded his head, following Hunter as he had floated over to Blast, laughing like he was a complete idiot, then become strategically serious. "So tell me, what is a serious Spirit like you doing with a plain, fun girl like her? It seems like you should be with my puny human. Hunter heard the comment Mummy had made, but simply ignored it as he put his hand out to Ty. "Would you like some help Ty?" He asked, slightly smiling, but deep in his mind annoyed at the fact he was always so nice. "You seem to be getting very tired, and I slightly overheard your Spirit, so I supposed I'd be nice and help out." Mummy shook his head, continuing his interesting conversation with Blast. "You seem like the serious, strategic and smart type. So I'd really like you to answer my question if you will." He finished up, seeming like a whole different personality compared to earlier.
