Took the idea from a magic deck where you use multiple cards with this effect. Even if in magic the goal was to mill your opponent's deck, Final Countdown is more epic.

 

You could mill your opponent's deck by removing the final countdowns and replacing them with needle worms and by adding the transmigration prophecy to make sure you don't run out of cards before your opponent.

Haha, I remember making a Deck like this, only the objective was to Deckout your opponent. Didn't really work in a competitive environment, won a couple times, not most of the time though. DSF and Cold Wave were the main problems.

 

Looks fairly solid. Well, as far as these types of Decks go anyway. You might want to try "No Entry!!" over Hallowed Life Barrier though.
