.Leo Posted July 30, 2009 Report Share Posted July 30, 2009 Herer is my newest creation Toon Dark Magician.I know it is a bad idea but bear with me.Dark Magician is a boring card so i wanted to make another version of it.[image Credit--------------deviantArt]If you would like me to make a certain type monster or you have an idea for me just PM me [align=center]Toon Dark MagicianThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summon while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You can Special Summon this card from your hand but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. When "Toon World" is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon monster is on your opponent's side of the field you must chose that monster as an attack target.
