Yea, I love it. But 3000 increase in Life Points? IMO I would lower it to about 2000-2500.

Well you skip 2 battle phases, plus your gonna lose snorlax in the turn after anyway.

 

Plus you Tribute 2 monsters, I was gonna make it 3500/4000.

Magikarp's so weak he doesn't deserve an effect. =p

I'll make Gyarados do something like Tributing the Magikarp, cos Gyarados is meant to be a powerful thing.

Last sentence updated with more advanced OCG. It is a great effect, because who wouldn't want to target the magikarp?
