( i made it with GIMP) [spoiler=[b]Monster Cards[/b]][spoiler=Effect]Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Level 2 or lower Machine-Type monster on your side of the field. If you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Tributed monster's Level x 600. If this card is destroyed by battle, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. [spoiler=Effect]Each time a Machine-Type monster is selected as an attack target, you can pay 500 Life Points. If you do, negate the attack. When a Level 2 or lower Machine-Type monster is destroyed, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. [spoiler=Effect]Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand. If you do, destroy 1 face-down monster on your opponent's side of the field. If the destroyed monster was a Machine-Type monster, during your End Phase, this card gains 200 ATK. [spoiler=Effect]While "Cyber Cop" remains face-up on the field, this card's ATK is 1900. Once per turn, when your opponent declares an attack, you can discard 1 card from your hand. If you do, negate the attack. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, draw 1 card. If the drawn card is a Machine-Type monster, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. [spoiler=Effect]If "Cyber Cop" and "Cyber Cop 2" are face-up on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by discarding 1 Machine-Type monster from your hand. When this card battles a DARK monster, this card gains 300 ATK, during the Damage Step only. If this card is destroyed by a DARK monster, you can Tribute 1 face-up "Cyber Cop" or "Cyber Cop 2". If you do, Special Summon this card in Attack Position. [spoiler=Effect]This card's ATK is equal to the number of cards in your hand x 400. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon this card in Attack Position by discarding 1 card. [spoiler=Effect]You can negate the effects of Flip Effect Monster Cards that designate this card. If this card attacks a FIRE monster, this card gains 400 ATK during the Damage [spoiler=Effect]When this card is sent directly from your hand to the Graveyard by an opponent's card effect, inflict 800 points of Direct Damage to your opponent Life Points. When this card is destroyed by battle add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. [spoiler=Effect]If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Proto-Repairman", add 1 ''Prototype'' monster from your Deck to your hand. As long as "Proto-Cyber Warrior #2" remains face-up on the field, all face-up Machine-Type monsters gain 300 ATK. [spoiler=Effect]This card's ATK is equal to the number of Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 500. If this card is Normal Summoned or Set, you can negate the effects of Spell and Trap Cards that designate this card. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 2 Machine-Type monsters from your hand to Special Summon this card in Attack Position. [spoiler=Effect]This card cannot by Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only by Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Machine-Type monster, increase the ATK of this card by 200 points for each Machine-Type in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card. [spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard to negate the effect of a Trap Card. If this card battles a Warrior-Type monster, this card gains 200 ATK during the Damage Step only. [spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. When this card is Summoned, Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monsters from your Deck. During your End Phase, you can remove from play 1 of the monsters summoned by this effect to add 1 card to the top of your Deck from your Graveyard. If this face-up card is destroyed or removed from the field, it is removed from play. [spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by removing from play 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. If this card attacks a LIGHT monster, the targeted monster loses 500 ATK during the Damage Step only. When this card is destroyed by battle, add 1 Spell Card to your hand from your Graveyard. [spoiler=Effect]This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 100. When this card attacks your opponent directly, your opponent returns 1 card from their hand to the top of their Deck. If this card is Tributed, add this card to your hand during your End Phase. [spoiler=Effect]If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This card's battle position cannot be changed until the end of the next turn, except with a card effect. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. [spoiler=Effect]When your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is selected as an attack target, you can remove from play this card to end the Battle Phase. When this card attack an opponent's monster the ATK of this card becomes 2100 during the Damage Step only. If this card destroy a monster by battle your opponent gains 500 Life Points. [spoiler=[b]Fusion Monster[/b]][spoiler=Effect]The Fusion Material Monsters for this card are any 2 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Mechanical Fusion". The original ATK of this card is equal to the combined original ATK of the Fusion Material Monsters used to Fusion Summon it. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Machine-Type monsters gain 200 ATK, including this card. If a Machine-Type monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, that card's owner recieves 200 points of Direct Damages. [spoiler=[b]Ritual Monster[/b]][spoiler=Effect]This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Power Generator". As long as you control a different face-up Machine-Type monster, if this card attacks a face-down monster, destroy the monster with this card's effect without applying damage calculation. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. [spoiler=[b]Spell Cards[/b]] [spoiler=[b]Trap Cards[/b]] [spoiler=Effect]Activate only when you control at least 1 face-up Machine-Type monster. Select 1 face-up monster on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected monster cannot attack. Once per turn, during your End Phase, pay 500 Life Points to switch the battle position of the selected monster. The selected monster's battle position cannot be changed until the end of the next turn. When the selected monster is removed from the field, this card is removed from play. I think that Hacker is a tad OP. 1. you get to bring back a monster. 2. you get an extra draw with a possibility to SP. Summon.Just a tad OP.
