If a monster on your side of the field would be destroyed, you can destroy this card instead. You can pay 500 Life Points to negate the effect of 1 Synchro, Fusion, or Ritual monster. During the End Phase, your opponent can pay 2000 Life Points to switch this card into Attack Position.
