As long as this card is on the field, monsters of that Type cannot be Special Summoned. While this card is on the Field, neither player can activate Field Spell Cards. This card cannot declare an attack. While at least 1 other monster exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card's effect cannot be negated.
