Wattking
I got a friend that is using a Gladiator Beast deck for the first time, and I never have. So, my question is; The returning effect on the fusions like on GB Gyzurus, Do that apply even when over powered?Because he insisted that even though it was destroyed after a battle, he could still use the special summoning effect because it was attacked. I think he is wrong, but I am not sure. Can anyone help out with this?
Kira the Savior
This should be in questions I believe. And no if it was destroyed a GB monsters effect cannot activate because it is in the graveyard.
burnpsy
This is why I've seen GBs run Waboku, they need to survive for it to work.
OnSlaUghT
GBs have to stay on the field for their effect to work because their effect cannot activate in the grave. Also the the cards say at the end of the battle phase, so that also says they have to stay on the field.

burnpsy
Thanks guys' date=' R u sure?[/quote'] Would we have said it if we weren't sure? Most effects in the game don't work while in the grave unless it specifically mentions that it needs to be in the grave.
The Crimson King
Thanks guys' date=' R u sure?[/quote']Absolutely without a doubt sure. I play GB's, and that's the main reason I have 2 Wabokus in there.
