Make it a Level 5 and change its effect to this "When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard, except "Black Mage". If the Special Summoned monster is a Level 7 or higher, it lose 500 ATK"." Simple, balanced and useful. Also, try to use other picture, because that ícture don't suit the name :/.
