Archelaus
Discard this card to add 1 "Cyber Ghost" from your Deck to your hand. By discarding 1 "Cyber Ghost", you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. This card cannot attack your opponent directly during the turn it is Special Summoned this way. While this card is in your Graveyard, you cannot add it to your hand. Only 1 "Cyber Ghost" can be face-up on the field at the same time. Dark Mousy
It is overpowered. It is like The Tricky (the discard and summon) + Direct Attack for 1 turn. The Tricky is already overpowered (2000 atk with 1 discard to special summon) then this is much more overpowered. With more ATK and a one time direct attack. Dark Mousy
*sorry. need glasses. Then this card is on par with "The Tricky"... which I think is overpowered. It's just less overpowered...

Zeaux
Why EARTH? Looks LIGHT to me. This card are way more OP than "The Tricky". Well lets review: I discard it and add 1 "Cyber Ghost", then I discard it again to SS "Cyber Ghost", good not OP. But the problem is, you can use "Monster Reencarnation" to return "Cyber Ghost" from your Graveyard to your hand and do the same thing again. It can combo itself any timae you want, is just use a card that recicle your hand.
