"zipp"the exact sound which was made by the tv when turned off flowed through the air."This is all just plain bull sheet..Crime rates rising my ass!,"yelled the mayor in disbelief as he sat in is chair facing out the window"Don't you agree Nichole?"Silence filled the room with no answer he spun around and stood up from his chair facing the door"Don't you start going silent on m.."appalled in horror when looking at the ground at his body guards head was ripped right of with blood going everywhere he ran for the emergency phone but before he got there a figure stood in the darkness cutting the phone while"He..!"the mayor tried to scream but the figure was already behind him choking him with the cut phone line;when loosened he tried to yell but failed again as the figure took his head and twisted it killing the mayor.

"Damn Bloody mess"He said as he looked over the floor.Looking up to see a camera the cloaked man waved as the shadows ate it away.

"Acting as a doctor, impersonating one even, how far can I get before I am either killed or dead?" thought the man as he was walking through the halls of the hospital. Currently, he was headed into the Surgery room, as he was about to do surgery on a patient who has a heart tumor. "How bad is the tumor?" the man asked a nearby nurse. "Um, it appears to be hardly any problem, but we better remove it ASAP." the nurse asked. "Good."

The man took the surgical knife, and cut open the area around the heart, and began doing operation. However, along with the tumor cut, he purposely cut the heart itself, but not to much to be noticed, but good enough to do some damage which might effect him in a year or so.

 

Later...

 

"Okay, we did it. The tumor has been successfully removed from the patient. Now, I just have to wait for my next paycheck." the man said while laughing, putting all the used surgical tools in a separate piles from the non-used ones. Afterwards, he told the others that he was going home.

Within Northern England an old man heard a creak in the floorboards and looked up at the ceiling, "What is that noise, it sounds like someone is up there". The man was old and aged around 65 and continued to glare at the ceiling. All of a sudden, the creaks in the floorboards stopped and heard a slight bang and quickly walked to a cupboard taking out a baceball bat and walked out of the room and went upstairs slowly. He could smell something burning and continously sniffed. He got to the top of the stairs and saw the kitchen door open and walked in. He looked down and saw that the gas was steaming out from a pipe with lighter next to it. "Oh Crap", he said and slowly ran downstairs but couldnt run fast due to his age. He tried to open the front door but couldnt and looked down noticing the key was in the lock but snapped of. "Now what, the backyard", he said to himself in a relieved way and ran outside just as the house blew up. "That was close but im ok", he said feeling relieved but someone appeared behind him, with a knife and stabbed him in the back of the neck, "Not anymore, Grandfather", Hanzo said while smiling.

Hibiki ripped the left breast off of the forgotten whore and threw her to the floor with with blood coming out of both the ripped tongue muscle and breast area."No..and I mean no jabroni talks back to me.Two other men in Atlanta police uniforms came along by him"area clear to move sir"he said with a tense frightened look when viewing his superior's bloody corpse on the field."Report this crime to the police and say it was Phill who you had to shoot down for your own good"The officer who was Shocked by this statement tried to run but then was shot down by the other."thank you Billy"Hibiki ran a blade found on the ground across the back of his neck slicing it open."Now there are no loose ends"He smiled,grabbed the head,then headed into his base as the shadows moved the bodies to the entrance into a strip club fifty miles away.

 

Ooc:Hibiki doesn't use mind control his workers are just stricken deeply by fear of him.

IC:Hanzo walked through a street that was a few miles away from the house where he killed his granfather and looked around frequently, "Now that every person in my family is dead, i think its time for some random killing he said" and then walked up to a house with one light downstairs on and looked up at the window and climbed up. He forced the window open using his mind and walked in, there was someone asleep in the room but could not see him because it was dark and took his knife and stabbed the person through the back of the head instantly killing the person. He banged the floor alerting the 2 people downstairs and went invisble. The 2 people came up the stairs and turned the light on, Hanzo could see that one was a man and the other was a woman and looked down at the person he killed who was a young teenager.

while on his way to work he saw that the buildings were all oddly warped and screams could be heard in the distance.He could feel it he was still in his dream and everyone was slowly ding and he woke again knowing this time it is real he sat down poured himself a coffee and sat down to watch the news

Joshua was walking down street listening to his IPod. Then all of a sudden, it went dead. The battery wasn't dead; for some reason it went out. Joshua stopped walking. Looked all around and saw someone in a window about three stories up. It might of been a shadow, but he didn't care. He went after it. His walk toward it turned into a dead sprint. He made it t some stairs and stopped. Looked up again and it was gone. It didn't matter to Joshua, he ran up the stairs until he reached the floor. Then stopped...

Lex walked down the street the smell of cheap liquor and urine filled the air the smell of success as he profoundly called it.While walking down the street he noticed that two people were standing in an alleyway."Hey what you guys doing back there" Lex ran after them his cigar dropped out of his hand. The two people who he noticed to be middle aged men sprinted off dropping a package.Lex stopped and picked it up and used his dagger to slice it open.It contained gun parts and ammunition for a 44. magnum.He knew that he just intercepted a package delivery to create a gun but the suspects got away "this is going to be a long day"

"Flick"the sound of the match as it caught fire and put to an end of a cigarette."Damn this is so boring"Hibiki sighed as he looked over and and got out of his chair."Sure controlling the police is fun at times but now it is getting to be quite a bore,"He sighed once again and looked out of the high apartment"I want more fun!"His shadows start to kill people in a 20 mile radius and move them to random places.

Josh had stopped because the person or shadow disappeared. Joshua walked slowly down the rusty rail. He felt like it was going to fall. When he reached the window where he saw the person or shadow he looked strait and then down. Someone was running away while he pointed and laughed at Josh. Joshua jumped down floor by floor until he reached the sidewalk. The person had just truned the corner as Josh looked up.

The 2 parents of the child walked in but couldnt see Hanzo because he was invisible. He walked slowly trying not to make a noise and looked around at the 2 looking at their dead child and stabbed the woman in the back and she fell to the floor. The man looked around but could see anything ran through the door. Hanzo smiled and lifted his hand and the man lifted of from the ground, "Trying to get away, i will kill you now, well, i was going to kill you anyway", he said and started smiling as he properly appeared and used his power to move the man towards him and stabbed him though his stomach.

Josh had just start to run his fastest. The person opened a door to a candy shop, his father owned, and ducked behind a counter. Joshua turned the corner just as the door closed to the shop. He pulled his double barrel shotgun and loaded it. Aimed it at the first window of the store and saw a old man. Put the gun away an walked into the store.

OOC: sorry guys, for not posting, I WAS OUT OF TOWN.

 

IC: Louis Black walks by a run-down Brooklyn building. He takes out a cigarette, lights it, and takes a zip. He notices something on a window, a stain, quite blood-looking. As he heads to the building he says to himself:

"Man, isn't this a pain, every frinkin' day, a new murder."

 

He takes a few more steps and another sip of his cigarette. He enters the building and opens the door of the apartment he noticed.

 

*Pulls out Desert Eagle*

 

(To himslef):"This smell, its like no other, ...its definitely the smell of death."

 

He proceeds to inspect the apartment and notices a young woman with bullet holes in her chest.

*Closes her eyes*

(To himslef):"I'll find the punk who did this.....he'll have what he deserves."

 

He begins inspecting the apartment for clues.

Songs played everywhere in the back alley way where Strip clubs and Casinos where starting to get full attention;a match is heard being stricken again as it is put to a cigarette and that being put in between Hibiki's lips.As he looked around he found a Hooker and hired her taking her into a rundown apartment a mile away.As he put her ahead of him he found an old pipe and slammed it against her head,taking his money and others from wherever he could find,stripped her naked,tied her up over a table,and smothered his cigarette on top her breast burning her and waking her up screaming calling for help until he cut her tongue off with his knife.As the woman began to cry hibiki started from in between her legs and cut her deeply down the middle till reaching the bottom of her neck.He then took a signal flare and fired it out the window.And soon after reaching the guts and wrote on the wall"COME AND GET ME" and soon after disappeared into the darkness.

 

OoC:The probably goriest it will get

Louis Black ransacked the apartment and, as he was on his way out, he noticed a droplet of blood falling from the ceiling.

 

"COME AND GET ME!", it read, written with blood from the woman Louis had just seen.

Louis calmly said to himself: "So..its this guy again."

 

Louis Black left the building and went to the alleway where he deducted the killer got his victims from. It took him minutes to arrive there, when he did, he just leaned against a wall, observing every single detail around him.

Louis Black stared quietly at what surrounded him. He couldn't see anybody who could've made such a gory murder. He left his surveillance spot and lit another cigarette.

 

He walked around the block, still very aware when he decided to return to his original surveillance spot. As he turned around his eye caught something, a man talking to a hooker. He then analyzed the man, wearing a long overcoat, and his left hand was apparently injured, as it had a plaster cast on it. He remembered the writings on the a partment were tilted left, idicating they were 95% possibly written with a right hand. This made the suspect most probably the killer.

 

Louis Black followed the man and his escort to the man's apartment..which was on the same building he visited earlier. Black pulled out his switchblade, and walked upstairs. He stood in front of the man's door.....he took the last sip out of his cigarette,tossed it away and kicked the door open.

 

As he opened the door he saw the hooker tied naked to a chair and the man held a kitchen knife in his hand.

 

OOC: Haruki...is it ok if this killer leads me to LA?

OoC:Works Wonderfully my character is currently acting like this to get attention anyways

 

Hibiki stood there at the top of his hideout liking the blood off his fingers then picked up his cell."Oi it Hibiki"He said talking into the phone."I need you guys to clean up some blood trails for me"as soon as he stop the phone hung up as he looked out the window seeing LA police scatter and clean up any blood on the ground.

 

Side Note:I will be doing the LA police whenever you talk to them(if you ever do)
