There effects are triggered mostly when they are Tribute Summoned just like my inspiration, THE MONARCHS. I've added a bit of originality to the cards as you have the option to tribute summon level 4 or lower monsters in this set thus activating their abilities. The set is unfinished and i'm still looking new and creative ways to blend their effects. PLZ Comment and Rate as there might be some OCG problems. If you have any ideas on how to make the set better feel free to express them. ALL IMAGES WHERE TAKEN FROM DEVIANTART, PHOTOBUCKET AND GOOGLE. You can tribute 1 monster to summon this monster, if you summon the card this way it is treated as a Tribute Summon. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, increase it's ATK by 2000 until the End Phase. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage Calculation is applied normally). You can tribute 1 monster to summon this card, if you summon the card this way it is treated as a Tribute Summon. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, Draw 3 cards and discard 1 card from your Hand. Any monster that does battle with this card is returned to it's owner's Hand during the end of the Damage Step. You can tribute 1 monster to summon this monster, if you summon the card this way it is treated as a Tribute Summon. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, inflict damage to your opponent for each card in your Hand x400. You can tribute 1 monster to summon this monster, if you summon the card this way it is treated as a Tribute Summon. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully you can Special Summon 1 lvl 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard except "Shia Empire Dragon", this is treated as a Tribute Summon. When this card is destroyed by battle you can add 1 "Shia Empire" monster from your Deck to your Hand. When this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, you can send the top 2 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. During each of your Standby Phases you can Special Summon 1 Light Token (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 500/DEF 500) to your side of the Field in face-up Defense Position.
