Chain her and let her scream at you.

Eventually het voice will die and she won't htreaten you anymore.

IF YOUR SISTER IS MONEY-HUNGRY

You get pocket money? Make a debt with her that if she can hold it a whole moth without the TV, you will give her your pocket money the next time. If she would watch it, she will give YOU her pocket money.

Also, try and explan her about the costs of television, and, maybe make a deal: if she won't eatch television for again, a motnth, you (or your parents) will pay her what sher saved up with not looking it.

IF YOUR SISTER IS NOT MONEY-HUNGRY

Try to make her forget about it and feel better without television. Do the second most loved thing by her often (or let her do it) Play outside much.

Also, if your parents are not saving up, you could convince them to make a deal with your sister to not watch television, but instead go out once in a week.

The less time she thinks about watching TV, the less she will feel attached to it and eventually she will choose to play outside instead watching it.

The above methods worked with my little squig of a bro, who had ther same problem.
