If this card is attacked by an opponent's monster, this card loses 300 ATK during the Damage Step only.
.:Metal Militia:.
Nice, but OP'd.I like it other than that.6/10 for now.You should add a negative effect to it to make it less OP'd.
Enrise
Pop Culture Cards. Use it. -.-
Tainted Wisdom
Okay, I updated it a little bit. @Lucifer - I didn't put it in Pop Culture because it is a part of one of my Realistic sets. Other than the pic and name, it resembles nothing of pop culture. Actually the pic looks more like a mecha, than Pikachu, because that's what it is a mecha. Th0r
oh well...yeah think it's really oped...i would take out the spell and trap card thing... and is it me or is there no sense in the last two sentences? it gains 200ATK when attacked by an opponent's monster but it also loses 300ATK? for now 6/10... Apocalypse Doomsayer
In my Opinion It's still OP'ed with so many benefits and the negative only coming when it's destroyed. and a slight one at that. for now 6/
Tainted Wisdom
Okay, I did a minor change. Your opponent still can't Set S/T's but they can still activate them.
~RoBoTiClOvEr~
Op'd but anyways it would be 8.6/
☆ Master Sami ☆
Very OPed, pic is slightly blurry but good OCG. 6.4/
ragnarok1945
still looks to be on the OPed end, but the OCG is solid enough 7/
Tainted Wisdom
I took out one of the effects, I don't think it is OP'd now. If it is, then barely.
ckl254
Op'd? What dat mean? any ways 8.5/10 on card.
LiAM
OP'd = overpowered. I would run this in my Deck. Which porbably means its powerful, but... 1 Tribute, 2400 ATK, and can get 2600. Don't forget there might be some already set S/T cards. Possibly OP, easy to kill, but easy to use in OTK decks.
Dragoone
1- type should be Thunder/Machine2- OPed3- This card should be on pop culture card forum4- a no-no pic

Lucky 13
I wish Pikachu was like this back when I watched the show. Awsome card 10/10.
Milk-Chan
As of now, this card is good. But, I would make it a 7-star, because that would make it a little more balance IMO.The picture does remind me of Pikachu, but otherwise it is a mecha. Not a Tinymouse(Pokemon Fan moment).8/
Tainted Wisdom
Yea, It is more mecha than Pikachu. Someone understands.
LiAM
I couldn't give a flying turd which section this goes in. Not the end of the world, it's both, so there. And yeah, I still think it's slightly OP. I would still use this, even for a Level 6 monster, possibly, you could up the original ATK to 2600, keep the 200 ATK gain, but make it a Level 7 monster. Tainted Wisdom
Alright, I did what you said LiAM.
LiAM
See now it's fairer. Two Tributes, stronger monsters are allowed as long as their higher levels (obviously). Harder to use in OTK's now. But make a good card in any Deck now. Before it was like an ultimate Jinzo with ATK boost.
