You can tribute this card, then you and your opponent Special Summon as many monsters as possible from there respective Graveyards. If you activate this effect you and your opponent cannot declair an attack until the seconded Standby-Phase after activating this effect. Brendano Harns Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 Correct OCG: You can Special Summon this monster from your hand when your opponent controls no monsters, and all their Spell and Trap Card zones are occupied. You can Tribute this monster to have you and your opponent Special Summon as many monster(s) as possible from you and your opponent's respective Graveyards. Neither player can conduct their Battle Phase until the 2nd Standby Phase after this card's activation. Far fetched, but it's still original and creative.
