Cirrus Tomcat: If your opponent controls at least two monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without tributing. This card is also treated as a WIND monster. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Cirrus Wildcat Token" (Beast-Type/WIND/Level 4/ATK 1900/DEF 1600) in Attack Position. If this card is removed from play, you can Special Summon 1 "Cumulus Wildcat Token" (Beast-Type/WATER/Level 3/ATK 1400/DEF 2100) in Defense Position.

 

Evaporate: You can only activate this card if there is at least 1 "Cirrus Tomcat" in your Graveyard. Return all "Cirrus Tomcats" from your Graveyard to your hand and Special Summon "Cumulus Kitten Tokens" on your opponent's side of the field until he/she controls 3 monsters. The tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. When a "Cumulus Kitten Token" is destroyed or removed from the field, the controller of that token gains 300 Life Points.

i think it's suppost to be blurry if you read the name.

Thanks guys and yes, the pic is supposed to be like that ^^,

 

I thought about making a cloudian but I'd have to somehow include fog counters to its effect
