This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand while you do not control any cards on the field. While this card is face-up on the field you cannot activate or set Spell or Trap Cards. You cannot control another monster on the field. During each of your End Phases you recieve damage equal to half of this cards ATK, if you cannot this card is removed from play. I forgot to put in that you "cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards or Summon monsters while this card is face-up on the field."Is it still overpowered? Oh and I need help for the OCG. Ask...um...that one guy with Joey and Mai in his siggy. Um...Armegedeon? Idk. I forgot. You should also add something about not being able to use it on your first turn. The effect that makes it the only card you can control balances the overwhelming ATK, but you can easily wipe every card your opponent controls by activating cards from your hand or field BEFORE you Special Summon this card. So, to balance it: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand while you don't control any cards. If you Special Summon this card, you cannot Summon, Set or activate cards this turn. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot control another card. Overall: 8/10 EDIT: I forgot about the "I need help with my OCG part." OCG should read: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand while you don't control any cards. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot control another card. Like, all the other Cyber cards I've seen need some specific Spell with 1-2 Cyber Dragons on the field. This card could be summoned on the first turn and totally pwn... xD Try a strong comeback? Lord Smeagle Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 No matter how many drawbacks you put on this card, it doesn't change the fact that it's a 4000 attacker with no summon requirement that is more than capable of attacking directly. Furthermore, does Great Maju Garzett ring a bell? As it is, it'd be banned to hell. If you added any more drawbacks, it'd be completely unusuable. Take my advice: scrap this idea altogether, and use that totally epic pic for something that deserves the epicness. Lord Smeagle Posted August 3, 2009 Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 It doesn't really matter. It doesn't say you can't summon monsters, only that you can't control other monsters. Tribute Cyber Lord for Great Maju Garzett; he's now 8000 ATK with none of Cyber Lord's restriction. Plus, let's not forget that Cyber Lord is LIGHT, which means he can even be used with Honest. 4000 damage through your opponent's monster, duel's halfway over.
