Effect:

This monster can only be Summoned if there is a "Dark Magician" that is equipped with "Metalmorph. If you pay 500 Life Points you can chose 1 Spell or Trap card and gain control of it. On your End Phase if did not use the selected card your opponent loses 500 Life Points.

Correct OCG: This monster can only be Summoned if there is a "Dark Magician" that is equipped with "Metalmorph" face-up on the field. You can pay 500 Life Points to select 1 Spell or Trap Card, and set it face-down in your Spell and Trap Card Zone. During the End Phase of a turn you activated this card's effect, if you did not activate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

 

Very over powered. I would suggest something like this:

 

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Dark Magician" that is equipped with "Metalmorph." You can pay 500 Life Points to select 1 Spell or Trap Card, and set it face-down in your Spell and Trap Card Zone. During the End Phase of a turn you activated this card's effect, if you did not activate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card, inflict 500 damage to your opponent and destroy the Spell or Trap Card.

 

Very creative card, though. ^_^
