Very bland and simple, and OP because there is no drawback. I like the different version of Ryu Kokki's and Getsu Fuma's effect, but the ATK is waaaaay beyond overkill. The guy above me is right; a summoning condition would be necessary if you plan to keep the monster's ATK and level stars the same (then again, this guy is actually reminiscent of Super Conductor Tyranno in terms of ease of summoning vs. power, isn't he?).
