Once per turn, by tributing 2 WATER monsters, you can Special Summon 1 "Crystallian" monster from your hand, Deck, and/or Graveyard. [spoiler=Lore]This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Crystallian Time Seal". This card is unafected by your opponents Spell Card effects. Once per turn, you can place an Ice Counter on 1 face-up monster. This cards ATK & DEF is equal to the number of Ice Counters on the field x1000. Big Lez Posted August 6, 2009 Report Share Posted August 6, 2009 , destroy all monsters with an Ice Counter(s). if you say Counter(s)..you can cancel the "an"I like this Monster Card its balanced and the pic is ok Your Spell Card seems to be balanced.
