You've got Black Rose for nuking and then swarming with Vayu stuff anyhow, and it can work without PoC. =o I'd cut Norleras, My Body as A Shield, and a Book of Moon for 3 Black Whirlwinds to get out Gale and stuff. Shuras can be useful because you can bring out Vayu, synch for a lvl 5 and get Vayu in the grave, but Bora just mixes up the strat, same with the Whirlwinds. 2-3 BfaDD is mandatory in ANY Vayu build, so if you are going to add anything, max it out.
