Deucalion
You can Special Summon this card from your hand by Tributing 1 Zombie-Type monster and destroying 1 card you control. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard with 1000 DEF or less. Tributing a Zombie type monster and destroying 1 card you control are both part of the same cost. To Special Summon this you HAVE to Tribute 1 ZombieType and you HAVE to destroy 1 card you control. Why separate the costs? I won't mark down for this, because it's incredibly minor, but you have no 1st Edition/Limited Edition/Unlimited Edition marker. Balance is almost perfect. The only problems I can see with this, is that it can revive Il Blud back from the Graveyard a tad too easily for a cost that low. If you simply said "If this card is destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard." it'd be absoutely perfect. Pic is beautiful. It's not amazingly original, the effect has been done before, but it's still nice. OCG: 9.75/10Pic: 10/10Balance 9.75/10Originality: 9.5/10 97.5%, amazing. To Special Summon this you HAVE to Tribute 1 ZombieType and you HAVE to destroy 1 card you control. Why separate the costs? Well, you can Special Summon this card, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card and Normal Summon another monster (or tribute it, Synchro, it has its uses). I won't mark down for this, because it's incredibly minor, but you have no 1st Edition/Limited Edition/Unlimited Edition marker. Balance is almost perfect. I think it could be more OP :?. Because I can summon almost every Zombie of the game (Excpet Ryu Kokki, Despair of the Dark and Vampire's Curse [MY fav card], and others, but not much). But yeah, maybe you are right :D. Pic is beautiful. It's not amazingly original, the effect has been done before, but it's still nice. Deucalion
Hey, I'm harsh but fair. =P That's basically nothing to criticize about this, I'm just being Uber nitpicky. After 97.5% is 100%, you were only one mark off perfect, and I don't give those easily these days. =)
