I don; think you need the quoations marks unless you;'re doing something out of a book, or someoen says something. and for a four star monster, its overpowered. I would lower the def to atleast 2000.and if you do lower the defense, then you'll have to lower the attack or increase the star level, or add some kinda negative effect to make it hard to summon.
