This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 2 Winged Beast cards in your hand, or by it's own effect. When this card is destroyed by battle, or by a card effect, Special Summon this card during the End Phase of the turn it was destroyed. When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. When this card is destroyed by battle, or by a card effect after being Special Summoned from the Graveyard, remove this card from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

this card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by the effect of "Assualt Mode Activate". Once per turn you can add 1 monster with "Pheonix" in it's name from your deck to your hand. You cannot activate this effect if you control 1 face-up "Ancient Pheonix". When this card on the field is destroyed, special summon one "Time Phoenix" from your graveyard.

Any particular reason why its 7/10, just so i could make the other phoenixes better

the only OCG errors i saw were in the 1st card. it's suppose to be 'Winged Beast-Type monster' instead of Winged Beast cards. and it says 'or by it's own effect', but there's nothing in the effect about it being special summoned. Pheonix Flames should be a lower level with a lower attack, make sure the level and everything fits the pic. And I see some capitalization errors in there too.
