Effect:

This card can only be activated when you control no monsters. Special Summon 5 "Zombie Minion Tokens" (Zombie-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 1100/DEF 0) in Attack Position. "Zombie Minion Tokens" cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. Special Summon 1 "Zombie Minion Token" and return 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard to your hand each time 2 "Zombie Minion Tokens" are removed from the field. Destroy all "Zombie Minion Tokens" during your 3rd End Phase after this card's activation. You cannot Summon a "Zombie Minion Token" or return a Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard to your hand this way.

Catman:

DeMeNTeD's card

Effect is balanced and has a restriction for abusing. Can work well for any deck. I can't see an OCG error.

100/100.

Viva La Catman's card

Can be easily abused to get rid of a high ATK monster and an attack negation trap card (i.e. Mirror Force, Negate Attack, the Roar card...) Plus, mix it up with other cards that make your opponent draw more cards, then you have a heavy windmill. OCG is good in my eyes.

90/100.

DeMeNTeD:

Pic and name: 15/20.The pic fits the effect very well, I think. The name, not so much.

OCG and wording: 20/20. It is fine, but I think it could have been worded much better as a Continuous Spell or a Swords of Revealing Light-esque spell.

Effect's originality and flavor: 20/20. Pretty unique and has a very, very epic feel.

Effect's balance: 10/40. Meta-defining kind of overpowered and far too splashable. 5500 worth of ATK built in a single card would be overpowered by itself, but the Reincarnation + Regeneration effect makes this single card almost as devastating as the Troop Dup Scoop combo (and this is only 1 card, not 2). The restriction on tribute summoning doesn't do that much when you are still allowed to use the tokens as Synchro material (and get a free Monster Reincarnation out of the deal). The last drawback doesn't really do enough considering your opponent will more than likely die within three turns after this card has resolved.

Total: 65.

Viva La Catman's:

Pic and Name: 10/20. Both are boring and say very little about the actual card.

OCG and wording: 15/20. Last line needs to be clearer. I am not sure if your opponent draws 2 extra cards during his/her next Stand-by Phase or if the "draw 2 cards" is already counting the normal draw. I'll analize the card assuming it is the later.

Effect's originality and flavor: 10/20. So, it is kinda like Soul Taker, but with a much bigger drawback and an extra theme specific bonus. I am not sure on what the added bonus means, if it means anything.

Effect's balance: 35/40. It is balanced. Flexible and game swinging in some match-ups, but a -1 if your opponent doesn't control a face-up S/T (which is the normal situation) or neither player controls a Spellcaster, so I don't see it being main-decked outside Spellcaster decks.

Total: 70.

Almost tied, but Catman's card is a lot more balanced, IMO.

So: +1 vote to Viva La Catman.

both peoples OCG is good (as far as I can see), both pictures match the card, demented put way to much into the effect(in my opinion), and Catman's effect is simple it can help you get passed burn which I have scene many of thos. So I have to give my vote to Catman just because he didnt over do it on the effect.

Winner:Catman
