Not bad for your first, a bit overpowered due to immunity to spells and traps. The attacking drawback somewhat balances the ATK/DEF though. ^_^ 8/10 Oh and welcome to YCM.

A bit OP'ed, but doesn't matter for your first.

Slightly overpowered with the unaffected by Spell/Trap thing. I changed it a bit with the correct OCG:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 DARK Monsters from your Graveyard. This card is not affected by Spell or Trap cards that designate a target. When this card attacks, remove from play 1 DARK Monster from your graveyard.

 

The bolded is what was fixed.

 

The reason I added "That designate a target." is to make it less indestructible. Stuff like Tribute to the Doomed can't affect it, but Lightning Vortex and Mirror Force-like stuff can. Just made it less Overpowered.

Very good job for your first card. It's slightly OP'd because of the immunity to spell and traps but like people said it's balanced by the attack drawback. Tis would be a very good DARK support card. 8/10
