I made the last part so that, if the card actually survives a turn in face-down defense position, it would get a special bonus or something. =PI tried making it kinda balanced. Although, an onslaught of LV3 or lower monsters wouldn't be too incredibly dangerous, but yeah, great for tributes. Back to the topic. It's a good card. Swarm + ATK Gain as a back-up. I basically just added the 1000 ATK part so that it would be different from a lot of other swarm cards, plus it gives a bit of an advantage if it actually can survive a turn in face-down defense position. If the card is Special Summoned, you Special Summon 2 other Gooloo as well. If I gave each card the effect that you mentioned, that might mean that my opponent would have to discard 3 cards from his hand. That's a lot! That might be too OP'd.
