Effect (edited):

By paying 700 Life Points, select 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your hand and Special Summon it. A monster

Special Summoned by this cards effect is returned to your hand during the End Phase. When this card is

destroyed by battle while in Defence Position, select 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your

Graveyard and add it to your hand.[/align]

 

My opinion (for teh lulz):

-Good way to make some quick Synchros.

-Can Summon another Psychic monster and do some awesome combos with either direct attacks or ATK increase.

-Good way to get a Tuner back or weaker monster if you want some defence for a while

-Multi purpose effect, no matter what happens, you get something out of it.

-Decent for 1 Tribute, and the cost isn't too heavy.

I run a pyschic deck myself and this would really come in handy. The overall quality of this card is great. It has a good strategy going on and it WOULD help in quick synchro summons, which is what I like. The summoning any monster part may put it over the top you may want it to be only a lvl5 or lower or so that the monster cant attack that turn combined with it being returned to the hand during the end phase.

If i had to give it a number rating it would be a 10. But since you said not to it is a perfect card for almost any deck in my mind. if you had a pack or set for it I would so buy it.

Overpowered and Underpowered.

 

Overpowered - You can summon up to 4 Level 4 or lower monsters from your hand during the first turn. OMFG. (Almost imposible, almost)

 

Underpowered - Well, it is a Level 5 monster, so it needs a tribute to be summoned, then when it is destroyed you can add a Level 2 or lower monster? I would put "Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster" instead of adding it to your hand.

You could do a quick Hyper-Psychic Blaster Synchro with this. I would recommend however, that you do put the correct text on the card as well. It's just bugging me. It is quite a good card. I do believe that is the Machine from Fooly Cooly if I remember correctly lol. It definately would be nothing more than quick Synchro bait. It can be used in an FTK combo I believe. Swarm Psychics, then play this card. After so, Special Summon Krebons. Synchro for DSF. Attack your opponent, possibly getting some strike in if you control a Master Gig and Destructotron. Destroy Spells/Traps, then a few monsters, strike with each of them, and finally DSF effect. I got to say, it is more impressive than anyone is looking at. You have about...... every Synchro, except the specific card Synchros. (Ex. Arcanite Magician, Trident Dragion, Exploder Dragonwing.) He can still be used in an OTK however. Play something that Special Summons him, swarm the field with Psychics, then Megamorph. If you played Destructotron and something to rid of his monster, your opponent is as good as dead. Have to say, very creative, and very useful however. I give you your props. 9/10

It wont work in an OTK unless you can Summon a Level 5 easily from your hand, then you can't attack in the first turn anyway.

 

And to Summon 4 monsters with it would cost 2800 LP. Then they're destroyed at the end of the turn anyway.

 

So... yeah.

 

The level 2 to the hand is to prevent field swarming.

You could Special Summon a Krebons, so adding it to your hand is fairer.

I can see and understand. I say this would be good for a Double Synchro Onslaught. I have an easy way to get out Stardust and Hyper Psychic at the same time, but it would require you to have 5 monsters in your hand (Excluding this 1). This coul be slow, but at the same time, quick as the speed of light. You could end the game before your opponent even realizes it. Got to appreciate the Psychic Monsters no matter what.

its simple and good card for quick winning but for me to think you need to decrease the stars to 4 and add something like "If your opponent Life Point decrease to 0 by direct battle damage in the turn the effect was activated(i mean 1st effect) automatically increase he/she's Life Point to 1 (or 100, etc.)" i think this will do the job for making this OP card to regular card or you can just add something else.

I think Level 4 would be easily abused.

 

I kept it at 5 to avoid a quick Krebons technique (for a Lv 6).

 

But there's plenty of Level 3's.

 

I still think this is fairly OK, it has its overpowered stages and its underpowered ones.

 

But comparing it to Blackwing cards like Gale or Shura, then its really underpowered.
