I'll give ya 8/10 and an OCG fix: So long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate all Battle Damage done to you by WATER monsters. Then you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of Battle Damage you would have taken. Every time a FIRE monster is Summoned, increase the ATK of this card by 100. Every time a FIRE monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, decrease the DEF of this card by 200.
