Increase the ATK of every Machine-type monster on the field by 500. Once per turn, by paying 1000 Life Points you can destroy every other card on the field and increase this cards ATK by 1000. Although I think the last bit is meant to read This card cannot attack on the turn this effect is activated....I think anyway. Something like Advanced Gadjiltron Dragon would make more sense. Effect is like Judgement Dragon + Ancient Gear Whatever...obviously, this card + Limiter Removal would equal OTK, but since he can't attack the same turn it's not massively OP'd. Is good. 9/10. Newdoria, Yomi Ship, Man Eater Bug, almost any decent card could screw this up. You gotta remember the current Meta. Bottomless is more common now, so I don't doubt someone would activate it when the card is Summoned. And Smeagle is right, it looks more new. He seems a slight bit OVP'd.
