At the end phase that this monster did not attack, inflict damage equal to half of this controller's Life Points. While this card remains face-up on the field, the effects of all face-up Spell Cards are negated. Once per turn, apply the following effects:

--When your Life Points are 3000 or more: This card can attacks your opponent's monster twice a turn.

--When your Life points are 2999 or less: Increase your 1000 Live Points and Decrease the ATK of this monster by half.

there's no need for the bold part and also...That monster cant be summoned by Dark Fusion...Dark Fusion can only summon Fiend monsters...that monsters a warrior...
