introduction

ok, because monarchs are the most variable deck type in the game, and the most adaptive, i believe that they deserve all the types of monarch decks in 1 thread (if that is possible). So eacxh week ill add 1 or 2 monarch decks to the archive, because firstly monarchs have so much synergy, and secondly it can help newer players on little budgets play competitivly.

i just dont like it sitting in my hand when oppression is out. at least with treeborn and plaguey they have other move which doesnt make them dead. its just monarchs need oppression atm coz of bw so i need as little dead draws as possible.
