Try this for a better effect: You can Special Summon this card by Tributing one “Stardust Dragon” while it is face up on the Field. If an opponent’s card is activated in response to this card’s Summon, negate and destroy that card. If this card is in the Graveyard during your End Phase, you can Special Summon one “Stardust Dragon” or “Dark Stardust Dragon” from your Graveyard to your side of the Field. It's more realistic than your current one. The first sentence in my effect also gives you the option of Tribute Summoning or Special Summoning it. You can Special Summon this card during the End Phase even though the card is still on the field? Try something like this: When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, you select one face-down card on your opponet's side of the field. Activate the following effect depedning on what it is.*Spell: Gain 2000 Life Points*Trap: You can activate it on your opponet's next Battle Phase.*Monster:Inflict 1000 Life Points of damage to your opponet.
