Thinking of Knocking off 1 level, though ill wait for your feedback "You can Tribute 1 Face Up "Skill Drain" and All Face Up Effect Monsters that you Control to Special Summon this Card. If you Special Summon this card Successfully in this way, increase the ATK of this card by 300 for each Effect Monster you Tributed. Whilst this card is Face Up, you may pay 1000 Lifepoints to Negate the activation of an Effect Monster's effect and destroy that Effect Monster."
