Dark Mousy
Card A: You can tribute this card to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your opponent's monsters. If you activate this effect, you can inflict 600 damage to both you and your opponent's Life Points. If a Synchro Summon was negated by this card's effect, draw 1 card. Card B: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 Monsters on your field. This card is also treated as a Normal Monster. Once per turn, you can add 1 Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand. As long as this card is face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all Normal Monsters on your field by 1000. OMGAKITTY
Card A's effect confuses me a bit, since I'm pretty sure Synchro Summon =/= Special Summon. Card B is a nomi with a beatstick effect. I vote Card A. Because I like it.

Bengal
Card A: -Nice image, the better of the two. -Only 1 OCG error: tribute = Tribute -Creative effect, could be useful in some situations -Personally I think the card is good, I like how the name fits the image which fits the Type which fits the effect. Card B: -The image isn't bad, but it looks a bit blurry -Old OCG is used, but there is only 1 error: Monster = monster (after "3") -Not as creative effect, but I think that it could be used to get a lot of 2900 ATK vanillas on your field. -Personally I think the card is alright, I don't really like 9 star plus monsters, and there doesn't seem to be too much strategy involved in playing this card since it is based on getting out a bunch of high ATK "beatsticks". My vote: Card A (Also, it is noticeable who made the first card, but we'll keep it anonymous)
