email adress change not working

Iv tried several times to change my email address to my new one but I never get the confermation email when I change it. All my spam filters are off on both accounts and still I get nothing. The same thing happend when I tried to register my first account Helios1138 which is why im now temphelios because I never got the confermation emails. why arnt I getting them?

Because you didn't put in the right email address. You need to log into the same email as the one that you used to register.

I am, still not working. Like I said i had this problem when I first tried to register, Im simply not getting the confermation.

Why do you need the second account anyway? Just use this one. Double accounts one of the worst things you could do at YCM.

I appretiate you trying to help but I have to ask if your even reading my OP, I DO NOT WANT A 2ND ACCOUNT. I have a new email and I want to change it. When I try to I never get the confermation that I did.

I didn't get a confirmation email after I changed mine but it still worked.
