Lemniscate
If this is some sort of "religion is stupid" thread, you fail. If not, then evidence, if it's not a matter of faith.

HORUS
I'm just asking a simple question. Faith is not a factor in determining a response to this question.
Lemniscate
Yes it is, faith is the idea that something, while not being supported by evidence, is believed for reasons surpassing analytical, rational thought. So, this question is truly a decision and discussion on the balance between fact and faith in the human mind.
HORUS
No. It's not at all. It's a question of whether you believe that which has evidence or not. This has nothing to do with faith.
OMGAKITTY
I believe in that which cannot be proved, by my faith. Now what? :/
HORUS
Why?
OMGAKITTY
There's not an answer I could give to that that you would find acceptable. That I've "felt" the Spirit? You wouldn't believe me. Maybe you're right, maybe God doesn't exist.Maybe I wasn't put on this Earth for a reason.Maybe all of this is just an accident of nature. You can't prove it, I can't prove it. All I know is that my faith fills me with peace when the rest of my life is in turmoil. That's all I can offer you as an answer.
HORUS
I'm not asking you to prove it, I'm just wondering why you can't feel peaceful without faith. I've been doing it for 17 years.
Guest JoshIcy
No. It's not at all. It's a question of whether you believe that which has evidence or not. This has nothing to do with faith. Then this thread, is lacking any point.Nice mask though... IM me if you want this unlocked.
