Ok, no one in Yugioh ever plays a card without a reason. When players see this, they instantly start thinking of a way to switch that card onto the enemy's field. Oh, wait, you can't. This means two things. It's a horrible card to play OR it's just too overpowered becuase you can switch it's control if you change it's effect. Plus the ATK is too high for such a card. I'm just saying that even if you change it's effect, a player is going to lose at the end of the turn. Therefore, it's overpowerd.
